We firmly believe that to help our sellers succeed, we MUST drive the e-traffic to this site.  So we propose a partnership between you the seller and 3HappyMoms.com in which we can provide inexpensive advertising both on the website (banner ads) and off the website (business cards).   We think that this will be a mutually beneficial arrangement and that it will make marketing your store/auctions much easier for you!  

GENERAL TERMS FOR BANNER AD CAMPAIGNS

To make the 3HappyMoms Community safe and fun for everyone, please be aware of the terms of use so that you are not in violation of the rules.

A banner ad must be submitted to us as either a stable banner exchange code. If you code does not work, I will let you know so that we can work out the kinks!

A banner ad must be in a standardized size with memory size no larger than 16K.  Banners with sound will not be added to the site.  Banners with moving graphics will be allowed as long as they are not disruptive to the site in general.

All banner ads must be compliant with  the the general  community rules and store terms & conditions which can be found here. 

We reserve the right to reject or refuse any banner submitted to us if it is in violation of any of the community rules.  If your banner is rejected you will be given a reason and directed to the community terms and conditions page. You will be asked to submit a rule compliant banner for your campaign.

It should go without saying...but I guess I'll say it...if your banner is hurtful, slanderous, morally offensive or generally detrimental to the reputation or business of 3HappyMoms,LLC or of any community member registered herein ~ it will be rejected. This is a family-friendly community so lets stick with the 12 year old daughter rule.  If you wouldn't want your 12 year old daughter to see it, then it probably isn't appropriate for this site.

Banner impressions and click-thrus will be a pre-paid service.  You may ask that we pause your banner at any time if needed.  You may purchase more clicks/impressions at any point to be added to your campaign fund.  

If your banner ad campaign is included with a store subscription package:

This banner ad campaign is free with the purchase of one of the accompanying store packages.  To verify that your store purchase has been paid for, we ask that you include the transaction number given to you by paypal when the payment was completed.  Additionally, please include your paypal email address to help us verify identities.  

This banner must be representative of your storefront or your products and must link back to your 3HappyMoms.com store or auctions. If you  would like to advertise an off-site business, you will need to purchase banner ad impressions. This service is specifically intended to promote your 3HappyMoms store front within our community.

You may submit ONE banner ad per billing period per store package purchased.  Once that banner is submitted and approved, you may ask for it to be removed at any time, but another ad will not take its place until the next store package billing cycle.  Once your banner  has been approved and inserted into the system, we will let you know the dates of the 30 day period during which your banner ad will be generated. You will be given a 7 day window with which to replace your banner with a new one (or to re-run the same banner ad) at the end of each cycle. You MUST notify us each 30 day period that you wish to continue with the ad campaign and submit the above verification that your store package has again been paid for the month.

Your banner ad will be submitted to the database as a random placement ad with your designated amount of impressions allowed.  The click thru rate will remain unlimited. We do not control the placement of the ads nor the times at which they will pop in as this is all computer generated unless you have purchased store package which allows you to choose the specific auction categories to advertise in.  Once your campaign has run out of impressions, it can be restarted if you buy additional impressions or automatically restarted at the beginning of the next 30 day period.
